Introduction

Inspired Life Events / We / Us / Our means Inspired Life Events Australia.You means you and all guests in you bring to our event and as part of your team.You are entering into this legally binding formal agreement and contract with Inspired Life Events Australia.In order to participate in any Inspired Life Events Australia expo’s and events, you must agree to these terms and conditions.By checking out any of our event products on our website you are entering into a legally binding formal agreement and business relationship with Inspired Life Events Australia, and, where applicable, its affiliates, suppliers and partners.

The following document outlines the terms, conditions, and legal responsibilities between Inspired Life Events Australia and You.It is essential you read it in its entirety, as when you purchase these expo and event products on our www.inspiredlifeeventsaustralia.com.au website and tick that you agree to the terms and conditions it is considered your formal agreement to these terms and conditions.

Are the ‘fine’ print and are a concise summary of the legal terms and conditions that you and your guests must agree to in order to cruise with us, attend our events, purchase products and remain in good standing with the Inspired Life Events Australia.

General Terms and Conditions

• From time to time we hold stallholder meetings to update everyone on expo’s and events.You must join our stallholders group to ensure you stay informed about all the important details for each event that we hold.https://www.facebook.com/groups/142414406258142/
• Please make sure that all your personal contact and business details are kept up to date.
• We strongly recommend that you obtain payment prior to giving a product or service to a customer to avoid payment issues.We are not responsible for any guest not paying you for any product or service received.

Selection of Stallholders

• Your personal and business information are kept strictly private and confidential.
• Stallholder selection is determined through a process at the sole discretion of Inspired Life Events Australia.All booking forms will be considered during this selection process.
• Applications will be notified of the result of the application.
• In the case where there are two or more stalls selling or promoting the same or similar product, it will be at the discretion of the owners on ‘Inspired Life Events Australia’ as to stall approval.
• Please note that you can not add extra products without the approval of us to ensure that there are not two stallholders with the same or similar product.
• We reserve the right to refuse you stocking any new product or service lines at our sole discretion.This will occur if someone at the event has the same or something similar or if we feel it is not in alignment with the Inspired Life Events Brand and style of event.

Event Inclusions

• Tables are supplied at most venues, however, please check the stallholders group which will advise if this is not available at a venue.
• You will need to bring your own tablecloths and decorations.
• Tablecloths must touch the floor at the front of your table, so nothing underneath your table is visible and to maintain a professional look throughout the entire event or expo.
• If you are doing readings and only require a small table, you will need to bring your own.We strongly recommend a card size table (small square) to ensure that you fit inside your allocated spot.
• Limited power will be available at each event and stall spaces will be allocated at the discretion of ‘Inspired Life Events Australia’.A powered site is not guaranteed; however, we will do our best to accommodate if power is required.

Insurance Requirements

• We strongly advise that all stallholders purchase the appropriate product and public liability insurance for your style of business as we do not provide this at our events.
• If you do not purchase international travel insurance you may not be able to recover any charges, costs and other expenses that may be incurred if things do not go according to plan.
• It is the responsibility of stallholders to secure their stalls and easily removable items.Inspired Life Events Australia WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY ITEMS FROM STALLS.

Cooling Off Period

• The cooling off period for any events or expos under $1,000 will be subject to a 48-hour cooling off period.
• All cancellations within the applicable cooling off period must be received in writing via email to info@inspiredlifeeventsastralia.com.au
• For any bookings cancelled through the above process, during the cooling off period, you will receive a refund of the deposit less the retail cost of any non-returnable bonuses received such as books, digital products or USB’s etc and an administration fee of $10.
• Money will be returned to your initial payment method i.e. credit card if paid on credit card or bank account if paid via a direct debit within 14 days of termination.
• PLEASE NOTE ANY CANCELLATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE COOLING OFF PERIOD WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY.These policies are strictly adhered too.

Payments

• Final payment for stall fees are due one month prior to each event unless otherwise stated by us.
• All stalls fees MUST be paid in full by the due date indicated at the time of booking to secure your place and to avoid a late fee of $10.
• Failure to pay by the due date means your stall is not reserved and you may be placed in a different location then agreed.This allocation cannot be changed.
• We reserve the right to replace you if we have someone else waiting for a spot at our event if your payment is not received by the due date.
• In the event that a displayed price is incorrect, subject to any requirements under the Consumer Laws, we may retract the price and/or withdraw the event from sale and refund any payments made at the incorrect price.
• Sometimes we will release early bird, discounted pricing or promotional stalls.These can be offered and withdrawn at any time.If after making your booking you decide to change to a discounted stall of any form, you may need to cancel your existing booking and our cancellation policy listed in our terms and conditions will then apply.We may refuse this request at our discretion.
• All payments must be made via our website www.inspiredlifeevents.com.au in order to avoid a manual payment fee of $5 to cover staff costs to process.This also makes it much easier to track payments for us as it will be displayed in your customer file on our website and you as you will receive an emailed copy of your payment to save for your records.
• Please note that direct deposits may incur a manual payment fee as advised above if you have not been advised by us to pay in this manner.Make sure that you email us a copy of the payment receipt and include your last name so we able to track your payment on our accounts.Failure to do this may have your payment not allocated if we are not able to track where it comes from.
• If for any reason you notify your financial institution and do a chargeback with your bank for any portion of yourpayment to us, your customer account with us will be automatically closed indefinitely upon notification to us from our merchant facility of the disputed purchase.You will be completely deleted everywhere, unable to attend any other Inspired Life Events and Inspired Life Events Australia.This is non-negotiable.You will never be able to purchase anything from us, attend any of our events or have any further association.
• If an amount has been charged to your card that you do not recognise you should immediately contact us on the contact details via email to initiate an investigation and resolution.If the charge is found to be incorrect it will be refunded immediately.It is fraud to do a chargeback on an amount that you authorised.We will provide our bank with all proof that is required including screenshots of conversations, emails, your order, signed terms and conditions plus anything else that our merchant facility requires.

Payment Plans

• You acknowledge that if you take up a payment plan you cannot attend any event as a stallholder until it is paid in full.This is not negotiable.
• Upon undertaking the payment plan, you agree to make the payments as agreed on booking form or when you checked out on our website.
• If you are unable to make a payment at any time, you must notify Inspired Life Events Australia via email at least three (3) days prior to payment being due.
• There will be a $20 administration fee added to your next instalment if a credit card or direct debit/credit payment is rejected/not paid on the date due or if you miss any payments and fail to let us know within the adequate notice period advised above.This is to cover fees charged to us by our financial institution, staff costs to process and chase up missed payments.
• Missed payments must be caught up within a seven (7) days or you are at risk of cancellation.If your payment plan does go to cancellation, the cancellation policy will come into effect.

Cancellations

• Stall fees will not be refunded should weather or factors beyond our control affect the event. The majority of our events are indoor.

• Please note that all cancellations made by you incur a $10 administration fee without exception.
• Cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@inspiredlifeeventsaustralia.com.au at all times and as soon as possible.Verbal or cancellation via Facebook message is not considered as an official cancellation until the cancellation is received in writing to the above-mentioned email address.Any cancellation penalties will be calculated from the date that the cancellation is accepted in writing by Inspired Life Events Australia.
• Cancellations as a result of a postponement by Inspired Life Events Australia must be received in writing to info@inspiredlifeeventsaustralia.com.au within 7 days of being informed of expo or event postponement.
• We do not cover under any circumstances any other expenses incurred that you have booked outside of us.
• The amount that you are refunded after this cancellation fee has been applied is dependent on how far you are cancelling from the date of the event.
• This refund amount can also be transferred to another booking that you have at our discretion.
• Please note all refund amounts will be transferred to the next event that you have booked with us and any leftover refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.
• Please see the table below for full refund and cancellation details.
• Please be aware that any refunds will be processed back based on the method of payment as follows
• If you choose to cancel, we reserve the right to replace you at the event regardless of whether you receive a refund or not.
• NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS OF PAYMENT will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to an event.

* Please note that should you cancel and the cancellation amount has not been paid you are still liable to cover this amount and we will seek to recover it by charging the card on file.

• Visa, Mastercard & American Express – refunds will be issued back to the card that made the payment.
• Direct deposits – we will require your bank details including bank name, Account Name, BSB and account number to deposit into if you have paid this way.

Bump In and Out

• Stallholders will be able to access their stall from the times specified by ‘Inspired Life Events Australia’ prior to each event. These details will be announced in the stallholders’ group.
• Only two people working your stall are permitted to be at each stall for each event.Only approved stallholders and paying customers for that expo may enter the event.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PACKING DOWN PRIOR TO FINISH TIME! Ignoring this rule will not be tolerated and may see you excluded from future events.
• No changes to the floor plan will be made the morning of an expo.Stall holders are expected to stay in their allocated space for the entirety of the expo day.

Code of Conduct

• We expect all stall holders to respect everyone and behave in a courteous, professional and safe manner at all times while dealing with other stallholders, event organisers and the public.
• You agree to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner to ensure the safety and wellbeing of others at all times.
• You agree to notify the event coordinator in the event of any mishaps/accidents/incidents which may impose on the welfare of the public or if someone has been injured at all.
• You agree to abide by any reasonable requests made by the Inspired Life Event Australia staff, volunteers, sub-contractors and any security personnel.
• You agree to maintain all expo’s and events as an alcohol and drug free environment.
• You must keep your site clean and neat at all times to maintain a professional image.
• Stallholders are responsible for their OWN RUBBISH REMOVAL.Under NO circumstances is ANY rubbish to be left behind.Your space must be left clean and free of rubbish.
• You understand that if seen as being abusive, a deliberate distraction or negatively impacting the expos and events you will be removed and may not be able to return.We will not give any form of reimbursement or refund if this occurs.
• Inspired Life Events Australia reserves the right to close a stall and direct the stallholder to leave if they are found to be in breach of this.

Copyright and Confidentiality

• You agree that any recorded or written material included as part of your booking and the actual holding of the expo or event is regarded as intellectual property of us and subject to Intellectual Property laws, including trademark & copyright laws.
• You understand it may not be copied, distributed or used in any way without obtaining prior written permission from Inspired Life Events Australia.
• Under NO circumstances is the business model, format or pricing of ‘Inspired Life Events Australia’ and its events/expo’s to be discussed with any other business or organisation or anyone not affiliated with us.
• Information contained in any documentation or discussed within meetings, Facebook groups and at events or expo’s is to be kept strictly confidential.
• You agree not to record or make any reproduction of the whole or any part of this expo or event.
• You understand that it is vital that all discussions had in any event session are kept confidential to protect the privacy of yourself and others within the group.
• You agree to be mindful of everyone around you at all times by using appropriate manners and showing respect at all times.
• You agree to not repeat any conversations that you overhear at any of our expos or events without written authority from the people involved in the conversation.
• You are not allowed to use the name Inspired Life Events Australia (or any other names, taglines or trademarks adopted by Inspired Life Events Australia) in any form in your name, business name, Facebook group or Facebook Business page, tagline, an external website name, your personal website address or extension, a website domain name, in an email address, as a personal name, or as a nickname. For example, you may NOT secure a domain name such as www.buyinspiredlife.com or www.myinspiredlife.com; NOR an email address such as inspiredlife@gmail.com.
• All formats, pricing, event information, venue organisation, forms and any business associated with the structure and operation of Inspired Life Events Australia remains the sole property of Inspired Life Events Australia.Plagiarism is against the law and it brings bad karma.ANY FORM OF COPYING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
  • You agree that you will not create a business or business model of similar nature within 3 years of attending our event or expo as a stallholder. Legal action may be initiated if this occurs at the discretion of Inspired Life Events Australia.We have worked hard to create this business model and all components of it
  • You may not approach or coerce someone else to approach other stallholders, volunteers, staff, subcontractors and attendees of Inspired Life Events Australia with the purpose of recruiting them to a competing product or idea the same or similar to our events and expos.You understand and appreciate the time that we have taken to put together this event and bring in all the stallholders.You understand that doing so may see you banned from any future events and legal action may be taken.
  • You agree that you will not purchase any cruise, event, expo or product for purpose of sourcing products elsewhere, taking products to other persons, business or organization to replicate in any country globally or attempting to make yourself unless permitted in writing by Inspired Life Events Australia.
  • You are not permitted to sell the same or similar items, products, events, expos or services to Inspired Life Events Australia product, such as any competing, copycat or counterfeit products, expos or events.
  • You agree to value our, our facilitators and presenter’s skills that they have taken time to develop.You will not in any way replicate our business model, trainings, events, documents or any other intellectual property acquired as a result of attending our events, expos and cruises.

Competition Clause

Photography and Video Recording

• We will be taking photographs and video throughout the duration of the expos and events which may be used for marketing purposes. By signing this form, you agree not to ask for or expect any compensation from audio, photographs or video if they are used for marketing purposes.
• Inspired Life Events Australia takes no responsibility for the photographs and videos taken by any expo and event participants.We ask that when you are taking photographs with your personal camera or phone, that you ask the person for their permission before taking their photo.
• All photographs taken by yourself must only be used for personal memories or marketing our events only and you agree not to post them on any social media, website or in any marketing material without the express permission of those in the photograph.

EVENT DISCLAIMER

• You agree that participation in the expos, events and cruises are of your own free will and you are responsible for your well-being at all times.You agree that you know of no reason nor have been informed by any doctor/health professional, legal or financial advisor that your participation in such an event would cause any further financial/medical/health issues.
• By signing this document, you agree you are physically/psychologically fit to fully participate in all events.
• You agree to release, indemnify and hold blameless Inspired Life Events Australia, their representatives and any persons associated with us for any loss or damage you may suffer in any direct/indirect association with your participation in any event or expo.
• By paying for and entering any expo or event facilitated by Inspired Life Events Australia, you are showing that you have agreed fully to all terms and conditions shown in this document.
